Block agents to sign off

Is there a way to block agents from Signing OFF from Agent groups in IPOCC.
If an agent is in multiple groups, he can choose which group he wants to be a part of, Is there a way to block this.

With sign off Prev settings under Agent Group Telephony you can prevent signing off from Agent groups with a minimum limit if that is the purpose..

Hello George, Thanks for the reply. Sign OFF prevention will also limit them to take breaks. I want to explore a possibility of greying out or denying Agents the access to choose which group they can sign on- So basically they sign on to everything or sign off everything.

You can merge agent groups into one skill based group.
