    Watch Dog Problem

    Hi

    I am facing a watch dof problem in IPOCC... Suddenly the incoming calls are getting dropped and CHAP sync is stopping... When i stop and start the watch dog, everything starts working fine. Even after SIP trunking is enabled in ip manager am facing this issue.

    Per day Three to Four times am facing the problem.

        Hi Lebon,

        Please help in finding the solution.

        Only way we are using to identify the connection failure is by keep on monitoring the IPO system status or we are calling the DID and checking whether the IVR is playing.. When this CHAP sync fails the system status it shows as Incoming call Alerting.

        Then We restart the Watch Dog.
