    IPOCC Upgrade to v9.1.6

    hi all I need to upgrade existing IPOCC 9.1.x to IPOCC V9.1.6. I have few questions related to upgrade process

    how do Supervisor and Agents login through google CHROME web browser because customer don't want to use Avaya Agent application rather he prefer google chrome browser for login agents and supervisor

    I also need to know how to backup config before upgrading

    I installed IPOCC v9.1.6 ova template on VMWare for testing but I am not able to backup IPOCC config through Utilities folder pgbackup.bat file, getting below error when I run C:\>pgbackup.bat Administrator Administrator c:\BACKUP
    The PostgreSQL bin folder path Administrator does not exists.


    URL to access Agents and Supervisor through google Chrome Web Browser

    if there is any considerations to upgrade please share it as well

    Hi,

    - For backup the dos command is :

    pgbackup.bat "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office Contact
    Center\PostgreSQL\9.3\bin" Administrator Administrator c:\BackupIPOCClocal

    - For Web UI
    https:// ip du serveur IPOCC:28443/WebAgent/UI

      I try, but in the last version the CLI work fine, but now I get this error
      and in the new version

      the cli is pgbackup.bat Administrator "Password" c:\backup
      is done

        Try pgbackup postgres {password} c:\backup, thats what worked for me in 9.1.6
