IPOCC System Time

Hello

We have an IPOCC which was upgraded from 9.1 GA to 9.1.6 and the time on the IPOCC is incorrect (We have verified this by running contact detail reports which are 1 hr out and also this is affecting the time based macros which the topics use). The Server time is correct (using daylight saving time UK) so unsure if this an IPOCC setting we are missing or a bug?

Any thoughts?

In the ISO there's a folder utilities. Please try tool for adjusting time zone

I have tried using the PostgresTimezoneAdjuster.exe as stated in the 9.1.6 known issues pdf however this doesnt make anny differnce to the time (still 1 hour out). I take it the next step would be to logg this via IPOSS?

hi as you Manson ipocc server time in UK.
select same time zone in user interface ----agent status report or contect detail report.

I have deployed ipocc as a OVF template.
I don't see in folder utilities adjusttimezone.exe
