Ipocc mail complete

hi all ,
i am facing issue in ipocc mail, when agent read mail and press COMPLETE button.
mails not available in COMPLETE tab.
please help.

Completed mails can be archived

Maybe the document is archived.

Archive settings see: E-Mail configuration -> Tab Archive/Delete

If the Agent needs the privilege E-Mail Archive. Then the archived e-mail are shown in the tab Archive. (Agent -> Visible Folders -> Archive)

Check the authorizations

The Agent needs the authorization for the appropriate topic.
