HI,
- I have 2 topic, 2 group , 2 agent and 2 call flow mail
TopicMail1, GrpMail1 and Agent Mail1 - 4 mail in queue
TopicMail2, GrpMail 2 and Agent Mail 2 - 4 mail in queue
- With UI no problem, in the TAB "Overview Agent Mail 1, sees only the email TopicMail1 (4)
But the same agent connect to Web UI, the counter mail is 8 and when go to "Overview",
he sees the mail 2 groups
