IPOCC with Thin Client

As Avaya Released new version of IPOCC 9.1.6 and with that IPOCC supports thin client environment. I was unable to find any related document regarding to this.
What is server requirement ?
What kind of environment IPOCC Support ?
Any kind of document to go with
