Hi,

I use 2 Text serach email

GrpAURA and Grp IPO

GrpAURA:
UM_ScanResult1
Keyword pattern 'ACM','SM' etc..

GrpIPO
UM_ScanResult1
Keyword pattern 'IPO','IPOCC' etc..

In my CFE "TASK TAG" => UM_ScanResult1

But what logic or task tag used to use "GrpAURA" or "GrpIPO"

First pattern with UM_ScanResult1
Keyword pattern 'ACM','SM'

Second pattern with UM_ScanResult2
Keyword pattern 'IPO','IPOCC' etc

The keywords in one pattern are not limited.

In TaskFlow -> UM_ScanResult1 or UM_ScanResult2

it is not clear in every group there as a UM_ScanResult1 to UM_ScanResult10

Marquardt, does the search use the Subject or body of the email?

Using keywords and UM_ScanResult1 scans the body. For searching in subjrvt use task tag UM_Subject

I understand but how the difference between the groups and the "scan result"

in my example
2 groups ( GroupMailAURA , GroupMailIPO )

GroupMailAURA , I use keyword in the scan result 1
GroupMailIPO , I use keyword in the scan result 1

GroupMailAURA and GroupMailIPO

GroupMailAURA is one script and GroupMailIPO is another script.

You can use the appropriate Keyword pattern in one script.

Example:

UM_ScanResult1 = ACM, SM, AURA, SMGR
UM_ScanResult2 = OPO, IPOCC
