Customer would like to have a Remote CC Agent logon to the IPOCC and use a Softphone. Customer has stated Agent would be working from home, access system via a VPN connection. Would the Agent be able to use UI for IPOCC and take calls via a Softphone? What would be required as far as licensing to do this? Thanks
