    wrap up time on direct call

    The wrap up time in topic works fine as designed. However if agent receives direct call, new ACD call rings immediately after hangup. It looks like the wrapup time in Manager-User-Telephony does not work on IPOCC.

    Wrap time set in manager will not work at IPOCC UI.

        You can use Wrap up button to not accept new Topic calls. in this state Agent goes in Wrap up without call.
