A customer wants to use the dialer and ask myself a question:
in an import file: "Customer | Work Phone1 | Work Phone 2 | Mobile Phone "
He would call when the campaign start, try call" phone1 work " if it does not respond, the dialer tries on the " Work Phone 2" and if no respond tries "Mobile Phone"
There have a solution for this?
In my"crt file" for import :
DestinationNumber
what are the other options to have other number
