Hi,

I find IVR script, for call back for offers, the time for call back
exemple:
press 1 for call back "morning"
press 2 for call back "afternoon "
press 3 for call back "evening"
or press 4 for call back "xhole the day"

in IPOCC9.1.7 you will find IVR script callback_number_time.ivr in the ISO in folder Examples\Taskflow Examples\Callback_request
