    ipocc communicator goes hang

    hello all ,
    my customer using IPOCC having 80 voice agents everything is going good except facing a regular problem .
    agents use communicater with IPOCC UI goes hang on a live call at that time agents able to do everything in pc but call show progress time agent unable to call end /transfer .
    we need to restart pc and login again .
    window 7.
    4 gb ram.
    communicater--2.0.3.33

    We have IPOCC running with communicator in our office and haven't had a problem. We're testing IPO V10 at the moment but it was working on 9.1.6

    What IPO firmware are you on?

      hi clishman thanks for your reply .
      we are using 9.1.6 .
      we implement more then 10 ipocc sites all are working fine only one site we are facing this issue since last 3 months . issue start after upgrade ipocc 9.0 to 9.1.6.

      description:- 80 agents .
      ipocc ---------9.1.6.
      ipo server----9.1.6.
      ipo 500 v2----9.1.6.
      user pc-----window 7.
      communicator------2.0.3.33.

        Same Hang for IPOCC WebUI in chrome web browser

        I am also facing Hang issue for IPOCC WebUI when using chrome web browser. My IPOCC is 10.1.1. and Google chrome is 64.0
