    Issue while calling a topic

    Hello,

    I am using IP Office Contact Center 9.1.6.
    I want to test my task flow, and to do so, I obviously need to reach my topics (which have 90X as internal numbers, let's take 901 as an example). To do so, I am simply calling 901 with one of my internal phone, logged as an agent.
    As soon as a short code 90X has been automatically created in IP Office Manager, and is used to redirect to the "fake" Contact Center user (linked to a SIP extension 699), every time I try to call a topic, I get a "busy" tone with "Contact Center" as a contact name on my phone.

    How am I supposed to reach my topics ? Any idea about something that could be missing in my configuration ?

    I have many IPOCC questions but lets start with the IPO side.

    If you look at system status for the IPO is 699 Registered
    System Status, System, SIP Application Servers

    If so do you have a shortcode similar to

    Code - 90X
    Feature - Dial Extn
    Telephone Number 699|>>.

    If not check your monitor logs to see if 699 is try to connect and what the error is.
    I'd guess passwords

        Hi all,

        Sorry, but is it okay if we continue discussing a bit regarding this topic?
        My situation is also similar to OP. And the SIP extension registered.

        It worked earlier today, and revert back to this condition after lunch time.
        Not sure what make it working earlier, and not sure what makes it not working either.
