    Wait Time counter

    Hi,

    My customer want to counter in UI Agent, the "wait time " in the group or topic
    But in UI, he have c.waitTotal, this counter start when call arrival in topic ;-(

    He have a solution or idea

    In realtime Value element, you can use avgTQueued that is Average wait time of calls in the queue[T].
