Chat Logging

We've got chat working at a site but they want to be able to see completed logs like in the Email completed tab. We can get chat logs from the XMPP server but the users would have to log into the XMPP server and find the logs.

Is this something that might come in version 10?

I've found an enabled the Archive but I'm not getting anything back in the searches.
Any ideas?
