Ipocc report with caller id and answered agent ext number

Hi Experts,

I would like to know which value in the report will give me the caller ID of the caller and which value will give me the extension number of the agent who answered the call.

The requirement is to generate a report with caller ID and Extension number of the Agent who answered the call.

In Contact Detail Report you can see the caller number and Agent information.

Is this information available under Reporting.
If i create a new report which Statistic Counter need to be added to get these information.
