My customer has purchased an IP Office Server HA with ACCS in business continuity mode.
In my incoming call route, I need to send to :
Destination : the call to the ACCS. It works.
Fail-over : a hunt-group with all the agent station.
In fact, to send the call to ACCS, we have to use short codes (7500|>>4780) for example ... but by doing that, the call is answered and never go to the fail-over destination.
Do you know a way to fix that ?
