i have a question can ipocc dial abandoned calls automatically from dialer or any other option .
customer don,t want to download and up load abandoned call list in ipocc dialer.

Ask caller via IVR script if he a callback wishes. If yes, create call job for dialer. There are exmple solution in the example task flow folder in the iso

we tie up with a Avaya devconnect partner they make a module for us to complete that project.

Hi rdagur, please, could you disclose the name of the "devconnect partner" that created the IPOCC abandoned call dial solution?
We have some customers in Brazil with a similar demand.
