Chat Messages

I'm in the final stages of making chat live but the customer want to change the messages the chat gives when it starts and when an agent is typing

When the chat window opens it asks

How can we be of assistance?

When the agent is typing it says
Agent is composing...

Can these messages be changed? I can't find them in the HTML.

You used the example webcaht IPOCC
if so, what example Chap Web App or Web Chat Dialog?

If you used the WebChatDialog" demo

In the IPOCC server
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center\Tomcat WWW\webapps\WebChatDialog\languages

Edit the language file :language_en-US.json ( make a copy fistr )

And stop/start service "IPOCC TomcatWWW"
