Customers are requesting that the fields for agents be the IPOCC assigned agent name versus the extension. How can I change this? Currently the column in Contact Recorder shows the extension only. I tried to paste a snippet of it in this thread but could not.

IPOCC9.1.6: When an agent is new created in IPOCC UI the server componet IPOSynch creates an IPO user with the same name. at the extension the agent is using this IPO user should be logged in. in this case in contact recorder in column Agents in addition to the extension in brackets the user name is displayed
