IPOCC and SAP CRM Application

Have Customer that is looking at installing IPO Server Edition with IPOCC. Customer wants incoming calls to Agents to, based on Caller ID, do a screen pop of an Order Entry Screen from a SAP CRM System (Event Ticketing) they are using when they answer the call. What questions will the Customer need to answer for this to work? Has any one done this? Have Sales asking what version SAP CRM the Customer is using. Other questions?

supported SAP version is SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3 or EHP2. customer needs a special license for the ICI connector.
on PBX site it is recommended to uses call number in canonical format

Does anyone know the part number for the licenses for IPOCC-SAP integration ???
