I know there is a possibility to record a call.
I have programmed a button for this in the IPOCC, in the agent telephone bar.
But, it asks for a topic, or an external destination.
I just want to record the call that I am having at this moment.
Is this possible? I have looked in several manuals, but can not get this to work correct.
