You can configure all settings manually
You can configure all settings manually.
But you have to configure the connection to the IP Office.
Configure topics, AGs, Agents, ....
It is easier to use the spreadsheet. -
And chap / VEA etc isn't very simple
When I install IPOCC, I use Adminitration Web Page, I put all system parametre
and after that , 1 topic, 1 Agent Group,2 agents, 1 supervisor
I active démo call flows, I connect Agent and I make simple test
With them I'm on the basic administration is correct
After that, I made all customer configuration
