Looking for help with a preview dialer. I have setup a campaign and adjusted the dialing properties for both the topic and agent to allow 1 min preview time before attempting to call out. Regardless of the adjustment the dialer attempts the call after 10 second preview. Ultimately I would like the agent to initiate the call but I can work with what I have available.
