IPOCC CentOS Panic-Kernel and can't boot properly

Hi Guys,

i have a problem from my server Dell R210 (OEM Avaya) for IPOCC after i try to enter the GRUB mode, after that process booting can't properly, my DELL R210 with CentOS not Windows, i used IPOCC version 9.0.1,

Actually i want to change the root passwd from my CentOS to change the IP for IPOCC
