    Agent portal and agent call history issue IPO CC 9.1.7

    Hi All,

    Our customer have strange issue:
    On the Agent portal, isn't visible any call history (inbound/outbund), but supervisor can generate historical report with all details from the agent call history.

    All services on the IPO CC server were restarted and are "green".
    Restarded was also all CC HW server.

    From time to time, on the agent portal is warning: reporting database no connection

    IP Office Contact center ver.9.1.7
    IP Office 500 v2 9.1.7
    CC server is deployed on the vmware 5.5 and Windows Server 2012R2
