is there any way to take raw data from IPOCC server .

You can read the data from the postgresql database.
Much of the data is in the "cc" database.

The "tr" database is what you are looking for.

Chaeck the "Chapter 8: Reporting" from "Avaya IP Office Contact Center Feature Description". It will describe the different level of transaction records.
