Hypelinks in Agent UI

Is there anyway to provide a hyperlink in the Agent UI that when clicked can launch a web browser to go to the link?

Internet Browser in Home, Telephony or Realtime information

An Internet Browser can used (and configured) in the home view, telephony or in realtime Information.

I am aware of the browser element in the UI and I am also aware of popping a browser through the IVR. What I am looking for is a link that can be clicked on demand when the agent is ready to look at the link. Something similar to the Hyperlink option that is in the Supervisor>Realtime information
