    Allow a caller to dial a knowns extension

    Dears,
    I have create IVR to dial extension but cannot access it else dial option from main IVR.
    E.g. when extension 333, and IVR_script_return is 3 the extension will be 3333.
    How I can solve it without adding new 3 option.

    did you follow the example script in the IPOCC DVD in folder Examples\Taskflow Examples\choice_Transfer_to_Extension? the option to select a transfer is set in the first anouncement, the transfer is done in the following AutoAgent script.

      When I use it, IVR_script_return = 3 to transfer extension so I need to press 3 + extension.

      This will not help
