Voicemail to email

Hi,

I have tried the voicemail to email function, but I have got error message from Send Voice Mail to email function.

I have configured the SMTP server (hMail Server is used for test), and domain as well. Any Idea what should be wrong ?

the error number indicates that the entered Mailserver is not correct. please check configuration of the IVR, check the entry in field Mail server. In case configuration are correct, activate ttrace category VC_SMTP to get more information

Thanks for the tip. I thought the IVR uses the SMTP server which was used for reporting, but find it has separate mail server settings.
