Hyperlink on Telephone UI

Is there any way to have a hyperlink in the Telephony UI screen? I need to have something that can be clicked to launch a browser.

I see the hyperlink element in the Supervisor Realtime screen so there has to be a way.

in actual IPOCC UI no Hyperlink in Telephony, you can only include Internet Browser, where the Hyperlinks to click.
