IVR to connect to Database "WebService"

is it possible that the IVR can connect Web Servcice has database
I can not find an example

Hi Lebon,
As such there is no option in IPOCC to integrate with web services in IVR.

But can you please help me to understand what exactly want to achieve i.e. integration in IVR or with screen pop.
