IPOCC weekly/monthly report with user defined resolution

    Hello,

Our customer want see daily, weekly, and monthly report in hourly divisions. Unfortunately if using 1 hour resolution for time axis setting and more than one day is selected, than the result is like this:

Is there any way not divided by day? It is using day + user defined resolution. Customer needs ONLY the user defined.

With day or month resolution of time axis is working, but not with user-defined. Is it a bug ?

If you have any idea how to do that, pls share with us.

    Regards

    Janos

create multiple tables for business hours(table for each hour) in a single report
    - In basic data: select the required resolution of time axis(months, week, total period)
    - In report:
    1. For the first business hour(for example 8:00 am - 9:00 am),drag a table into the Report Work Area then right
click on the table and select the Properties then change the following:
    - Under period:
uncheck the tick box for 'use settings from basic data'
change the start time to 8:00 am and the end time 9:00 am
in the time periods table: change the beginning time to 8:00 am and the end time 9:00 am
    - Under Output:
check the tick box for 'use settings from basic data'
    - under counters:
    select the required counters
    - select the required Agents, AGs, Topics, or others
    2. For the second business hour copy the first table and paste it, drag the pasted table and drop it under the first table then right
click on the second table and select the Properties then change the following undet period:
change the start time to 9:00 am and the end time 10:00 am
in the time periods table: change the beginning time to 9:00 am and the end time 10:00 am
    3. For others business hours, repeate step 2
    4. generate report
