With the last update of windows server 2012 I will not let me execute the Voicemail Pro tells me not installed any solution?

Check your shortcut is going to the correct location. Look in the Program Files (x86) direftory for Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro and see that the executable is in there. Otherwise you may need to reinstall Voicemail Pro since it sounds like it was removed somehow.
