    Call disconnected by Agent or caller

    Hi All,

    I am struggling to get the detail of calls to identify if the call was disconnected by Agent or by caller himself. This is for a call which is connected to Agent.

    Tried to explore various functionalities available but still didn't get any solution.

    If anyone has some information, kindly guide me on same.
