    system wait time

    Hi
    i have 7 topics and each has its own average time announced. i need the IVR to announced the average wait time system wise how can i achieve this.
    Basically whats happening is topic A has a wait time of 7 mins and topic B has not received any call. if the call comes on topic B the average wait will be announced is 1 or 0 mins which is not correct. It should announce average wait time is 7 mins.
    there is only one agent group taking calls from different topic.
