everytime a call comes in the agent tries to answer the system gives an error saying call unobtainable and then the call drops. This is happening on one agent all other agents are working good. The other agent is having same issue on and off.
Which IPOCC and IP Office versions are you running?
What Client are the agents trying to answer the calls from? Thick CCUI, WebUI thin client, or Chrome App?
If WebUI or Chrome app are you using WebRTC integrated phone or physical phone?
Have you looked at the TTrace logs for clues to what is going on? When something fails to connect you tend to get reasons in the traces.
