IPOCC - Voice and queue channels

I Have IPOCC 9.1.9 (VMWare) witn IP Office Server Edition 9.1.9 (VMWare)

I would like to ask when CHAP channels in IPOCC are used.
I know that IVR channels = number of simultaneous connections to IVR.
When they are used channels assigned to Topic and Queue Devices?

    Is it correct to assign:
    90 channels for IVR?
    60 channels for Topic?
    150 channels for Queue Devices?

CHAP topic channels are used when a call comes in . But it gets freed immediately. Then call gets queued on one of the queue device channel. Then if call goes to IVR queue channel is freed and IVR channel is used. or if call goes to Agent queue channel is freed. After reaching IPOCC , until a call reaches IVR or agent queue device is occupied.
