    Post call survey

    Hello,

    Has anyone ever launched post call survey in IPOCC? Is it possible?

    I thought to use a script "Callback" with automatic Agent, which play the announcement, get DTMF from caller and save record to the external database.
    Maybe someone has a better idea?

    I will be grateful for any help and suggestion.

    Can possible transfer the call to IVR and get DTMF digit to Database?

    and what's about the report?

      You could always use the campaign functions in VMPro or use dialer to do automatic call back with stored responses in a database.

        You could add AWFOS (WFO Select) which does has a survey module
