IPOCC R10 IPOSS Upgrade

Has anyone proceeded an IPOSS upgrade request for IPOCC R10? I am being told it is done the same way an IPO R10 upgrade is done through OneSource but I have reviewed the entire process and I see nothing about IPOCC anywhere. All I need is to get the entitled upgrade for IPOCC R10.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one having this issue. I have not been able to get a good answer. I have a ticket open with Avaya IT to resolve this. I will let you know when I get an answer
