    Seeing all Topics when dialing out

    I have a customer that when the agents are making a call out bound. They go to choose the topic, and all topics show up. They would like to just see the ones they are assigned to. Can someone tell me where this is programmed in the IPO CC?

    it is configurable in UI configuration -> Default Interface (systemwide, Profile or Agent specific). On tab contact bar you can find the option "show only authorized topics (element: Call)"
