IPOCC - Call Dropped when agent Hangs Up

    IPOCC - Call Dropped when agent Hangs Up

    Hello,

    I have an issue with IPOCC 9.1.8.
    The call is answered by topic 2, but no agents are available, then the calls is transferred to the Topic 2.

    The agent hangs up then the call is released.

    When I look at the call in IPOCC, the call is marked as "Droppedbusy"

    I'm unable to find why the issue occurs and why the call is marqued as "Droppedbusy"

      Call was routed to an agent which was busy - please check in IPOffice the wrapup time for the user, thats a typical reason for this issue. After this call came back to topic queue and routed to nexr agent and answered.
