    IPOCC IP Office Synch

I have just installed a fresh IPOCC R10 and initialized via the Web Based Administration page. Everything has appeared to have worked except the IP Office synch where agents will appear in the IP Office as users or users set to Contact Center Agents will appear in IPOCC.

Just getting the below, and yes tried restarting/rebooting and yes the credentials the synch is using is set to business partner.

Y4194d 14:30:42.946 TC_General Active field is not set to 1 in DataBase:PABXConfigAccess. Data Import may not be completed. Need to be set for Sync service to start
Y4195d 14:30:42.946 TC_Error Active field is set to 2, might need to restart Sync Service.
Y4198d 14:30:47.700 TC_General Heartbeat Checking whether system is ready to start heartbeat with IPOffice. Will start once Sync service is successfully connected to IPO initially

Y4205d 14:30:52.946 TC_General Active field is not set to 1 in DataBase:PABXConfigAccess. Data Import may not be completed. Need to be set for Sync service to start
Y4206d 14:30:52.946 TC_Error Active field is set to 2, might need to restart Sync Service.

Please raise a support ticket (if not yet done) for quick analysis.

Thanks for the update. May I also request you to post the conclusion on the thread once/if done?

In the "Conf. access..." settings for the "PBX Configuration" check the port number.

If the IP Office is a server edition the port should be 7070.
If the IP Office is an IP500v2 edition then the port should be 8443.

If you need to change the port number then when that is done, restart the "IPOCC IPO Sync Service"

            fixed

Yes well done, this fixed it. Just found this required setting on page 225 of the R10 IPOCC Maintenance Manual
