    IPOCC 9.1.8 - CHAP Error

    Hi,

    A customer complains about some calls are disconnected while the agent is speaking.

    I checked the CHAP logs and sometimes I get the following error.


    S0040s 10:58:30.473 CHAP_SIP_FrameworkError [0x000018B4] ALSIP: Answer: Line <2264>. Incorrect state. Current state= LINESTATE_WAITINGFORACK.
    S0041s 10:58:30.473 CHAP_SIP_FrameworkError [0x000018B4] SIGADAP: LineAnswer failed. Error: Line Manager Error: Line state/operation mismatch.
    S0042s 10:58:30.473 TC_Error 024.000.0320 [0x000018B4] ocAdapter::zAnswerCall(IPO-SIPEXT-IP-1) failed, DLL function returned res=5, ch=97620584696679 line=1 callID=2264 remote=

    I'm unable to find a description about these error in the Avaya knowledgebase.

    Does anyone know what these errors means ?

    The following issue has recently been solved by R9.1.9

    PHOENIX-10605 All Agents were disconnected from the system - CHAP error
