Supervisor alert for long duration calls?

I am looking for a way to automatically alert a Supervisor /s if a call is longer then a predetermined time e.g 10 minutes.

Any ideas?

Task Tag

You could use task tags or a variable to alert supervisor on UI and change color when the threshold is hit.
