Name Change in IPOCC

Since updating to the IPOCC 10 we are unable to run any accurate data for a user called something similar to First O’Last


The user couldn't logon any more so the agent name has now be changed to First OLast


We can only report back to the update date (no record of any historic data)


How can we report on the old data?


This would be the same if someone changed their name from getting married or something
