After upgrading to Release 10 I have lost the ability to setup a 'Voicemail Breakout' to a topic. To do this in the past I have setup a modulo logic (to repeat the message every minute) and had its destination as the IVR script.
I have noticed that in R10 I cannot select 'telephony elements' in IVR scripts which means I cannot set option 1 to go to ie a voicemail box. Is there an extra programming required to get telephony elements back in normal IVR scripts.
Or alternatively if anyone has a different working method of getting a caller presented with the option to breakout and leave a voicemail every minute that would be very helpful.
