Can we configure 2 or more email domain in IPOCC.
Can you share some information on the same.

You can configure more than one domain

You can configure more than one domain.

The number is not limited.

Configuration: E-Mail configuration - Components - SMTP Connector - Local accepted DNS domains

Please notice:

A topic can have only one e-mail address. If you use two domains and two mailboxes you have to configure two topics.

Example:

Domain: company.de; company.com

Configure 2 topics:
Example
[email protected]
[email protected]

In the TaskFlow configure both topics and distribute.
