CRM intergation SFDC - connection problem

I have installed CRMConnector x64 for SFDC, than I installed SFDC plugin.

But when I try to connect SFDC plugin to IPOCC I got a message: can not connect to the server.

IP connectivity is fine (I see the packe exchange between my PC and IPOCC via Wire shark)

so, two questions:

1) How can I be sre that CRMConnector web service is running on IPOCC?
2) In general, what troubelshooting steps would you suggest?

the reason found - the browser

it happened that Chrome didn't work - though it should. Mozilla is OK

So the issue is - Chrome. It is lattes version - 60.0.3112.10 but does not register.
